I joined this, there is no joining incentive(some pay for you to join). The surveys are mostly things you have to sign up and pay for. Some low paying surveys(.40) ask you to download and install a game. I have $1.60 pending, see below.

Getting Paid
7. When do I get paid?Payments will be processed on the 15th-20th of every month for the previous month's earnings. This means that you will receive a monthly payment if your balance exceeds $20. If not, then your balance will be carried over to the next month.
The cash surveys gives you a chance to fill out 3 surveys with extra bonus for doing so. 2 out of 3 don't work in my area!
