Update Web Perspectives, Survey Lion, My survey, Lightspeed

We are down to one working computer, so it's tough to get a blog in!

Here's an update on how it's going! I downloaded this new screen shot program called JING and I'm loving it!

Web Perspectives as you can see I have $47 ready! This has to do with the TV survey I did.

As you can see I have $5 worth of surveys waiting to be done! It's tough to get enough time on the computer when half the family uses it for school!

Here is my TNS, my survey, update. I am presently doing a spending diary survey, where I enter what we spend over a one month period. I did it awhile back and made $10. I will make $10 for this one also. As you can see I am at $16.80.

Lightspeed I'm at 963 points, cash out is 1112 for $10. I have surveys to do....

Survey Lion is a great site. The surveys pay well, but they are few. As you can see I am at $6.

Surveys galore!

Seems the surveys I have been getting are increasing in pay! Yesterday I got a Angus Reid survey for $5! It was interesting, interactive and energy related. I am so thankful I installed the gmail notifier as the number one problem with the Angus Reid surveys are they are full by the time I can do them. So now I am at $8!

TNS sent me a survey for $7.50, it was long, repetitive and not much fun, but I completed it! That should bring me to $8.75, so almost time to cash out again!!

I called in on my Web Perspectives $10 survey today. I am told my less than 5 minute automated phone call will get me $2!

Lightspeed sent me a survey for 150 points, I am at 963 points(1112 is cash out for $10). Again, what I love about lightspeed is that they credit you your points as soon as you finish the survey.
It would be great if I could keep this up and show that anyone could make $300 a month doing surveys, hey? Anyone, make that?

Top Survey Sites for Canadians in my opinion

So far I have been most impressed with the following survey companies:
Web Perspectives- surveys are fairly regular and are usually at least 150 points($1.50)
My Survey or TNS regular surveys and decent pay(I've been paid 500 points for one survey)
Lightspeed pays at least 100 points per survey
Surveyhead I have over $30 pending and surveys are $1 or more and quite regular, though I don't often qualify.
Global Test Market this company usually sends point surveys starting at 35 market points($1.75), I am at 235 market points, it takes 1000 to cash out, but that's $50.
Which companies are your favorite? Making any money? Which ones do you like that I haven't mentioned?

TNS or My Survey.ca

Hi,
Sorry for the delay..summer holidays!
Just a quick post to say that right now TNS or mysurvey.ca seems to be a great place to spend my time! I just finished the spending diary for the month of August. It was easy and interesting. I am looking forward to being credited $10 for that. Then they sent me a survey for 500 points, or $5 yesterday. Today I did one for 250 points! So, I am at 190 points + 1000+500+250! 1940 or $19.40! They said they'd send me another spending diary survey in November if I qualified! Cool!

Hanging in there pays off

I have told you earlier that I joined My Surveys or TNS . I was at 35 points and yesterday I got an interesting commercial survey worth 200 points($2)!
I also received a survey from Canada Talk Now and received 15 points for it.
I have become quite efficient at scrolling through my inbox, deleting all the junk and looking at the surveys offered. It is important to determine which are most worth your time and do those first. Now that I understand a bit more about the different companies I can figure out quickly which ones to take. I am not sure if time zones have anything to do with things, but I do notice that even when I respond as soon as I get the invitation, it is sometimes already full. I was offered a survey with Tulna, Survey Savvy(got an entry to the monthly draw), Survey Club and Research by Net but did not qualify. Research by Net gave me 10 points anyways.
I joined Survey Lion and Voice of the West. I am quite excited about Voice of the West as it is Canadian and British Columbia specific. Voice of the West is an Ispos Reid affiliate. I don't have much information to share yet, but I'll keep you posted.(I hear they do in person surveys that pay really well!)
I am quite happy with Lightspeed! There surveys are interesting, lots of commercial rating surveys, and I seem to qualify for most. They credited your points immediately and I now have 450 points. It seems like it won't be long for me to reach payout!
Payout for cash(they also do gift cards)is as follows. 1107 points = $10 PAYPAL
1660points =$15
2214points =$20
2767points =$25
3320points =$30
